Traditional Weight Loss with Oral Appetite Suppressants

*Oral Appetite Suppressant: This includes a visit with the Nurse Practitioner. Medications like phentermine and other appetite suppressants to help you reduce hunger and control cravings can be prescribed at this appointment if appropriate. These medications are prescribed as part of a customized weight loss plan that includes nutritional counseling and exercise guidance to help you reach your target weight.

Advanced GLP-1 Weight Loss Treatments

*Semaglutide (GLP-1)and Tirzepatide (GLP-1+GIP): These medications works by reducing appetite, enhancing satiety, and promoting weight loss. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide have been clinically proven to help patients achieve and maintain their weight loss goals.

*Medical Monitoring: The Nurse Practitioner will monitor your progress, adjust medications as needed, and ensure you are losing weight safely and effectively.

Comprehensive Weight Loss Plans FOR MEN AND WOMEN

Initial Medical Consultation: Your weight loss journey starts with a full health assessment with the Nurse Practitioner, including body composition analysis and lab tests, to identify the most effective strategy for you. The cost for this initial visit is $100. Please bring any recent labs (within the past 6 months) to your appointment or an order can be given to have labs drawn at your local LabCorp facility. Lab evaluation will be required prior to prescribing any medications. Personalized Weight Loss Programs: Tailored to your individual health needs, we offer a blend of medical treatments, lifestyle coaching, and ongoing support to ensure sustainable weight loss and long-term success. I have tried many different ways over the years to lose weight but either they didn't work at all, or were too hard to keep up in my busy life. I went to see Lisa at NuLife wellness and weight loss and started the weekly weight loss shots. While there I was given a lot of guidance on nutrition and exercise. It has been a week since I started my weight loss journey at Nulife. The weight loss injections gave me energy. I am not so tired when I get off work.
