Initial Consultation
This is a 45 minute consultation with the Nurse Practitioner that includes medical history review, medications review, lab review, physical exam, body fat percentage, and BMI measurements. The cost of this visit is $100. Please bring any recent labs ( within the past 6 months) to your appointment or an order can be given to have labs drawn at your local LabCorp facility. Lab evaluation will be required prior to prescribing any medications. Once we have all the details, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your special needs and goals.
